Swedish Massage
I am a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto. This comprehensive program emphasizes preventative care as well as treatment for specific injuries. Massage therapy focuses on the soft tissues of the body, helping to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall joint health.

Shiatsu Therapy
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork that applies gentle finger pressure, stretching, and therapeutic touch along the body’s energy pathways to promote balance, relieve tension, and support the body’s natural healing and overall well-being.
